1. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) account information (name, email, phone, address); (b) location data for pickup scheduling and collector tracking; (c) payment information processed by Paystack; (d) device information and usage analytics; (e) KYC documents for collector verification (driver license, face photo); (f) crash reports and diagnostic data when the app malfunctions — the error, the screens involved, your device model and OS version, the app version and your account ID — so we can find and fix faults. These reports never include your email address, phone number or payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve our services; (b) process payments; (c) communicate service updates; (d) verify collector identity; (e) ensure platform safety; (f) generate anonymized analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We share data with: (a) collectors assigned to your pickup (name, address, location); (b) Paystack for payment processing; (c) Google Maps for location services; (d) Google Firebase for push notifications and crash reporting (Crashlytics), and Google Cloud Logging for diagnostic reports, both processing that data on our behalf and retaining it for 90 and 30 days respectively. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymized data for analytics and legal compliance for up to 12 months.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request data deletion; (d) export your data; (e) opt out of marketing communications. 6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, secure token storage, and access controls to protect your data. KYC documents are stored with signed URLs and are not publicly accessible.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
