1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SmartWasteCycle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SmartWasteCycle provides a platform connecting residents with waste collectors for on-demand and scheduled waste pickup services in Ghana. The App facilitates scheduling, real-time tracking, payments, and communication between users.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. All prices are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. Collector Obligations
Collectors must maintain valid identification, complete assigned pickups on time, and handle waste responsibly. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the App for illegal purposes; (b) harass other users; (c) submit false reports; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the App; (e) interfere with the App's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartWasteCycle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
